From a friend!

Dear Mark,
I have been reading the DP again and found this very interesting and something from the Bible as well. "The will of goodness that man should not eat of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil should have been conveyed by God to Adam, by Adam to Eve, and Eve to the archangel, thus multiplying goodness." From the Foundation of Restoration, pgs.244-245
And this is from our Bible Hoon Dok: A liturgy for the King, A prayer for victory, Psalms 20.1-9
The Lord answer you in the day of trouble!
The name of the God of Jacob protect you!
May He send you help from the SANCTUARY,
and give you support from Zion!
May he remember all of your offerings,
and regard with favor your burnt sacrifices!
May he grant you your heart's desire,
and fulfill all your plans!
May we shout for joy over your victory,
and in the name of your God set up your banners!
May the Lord fulfill your petitions!
Now I know that the Lord will help his anointed;
he will answer him from his holy heaven
with mighty victories from his right hand.
Some boast of chariots, and some of horses;
but we boast of the name of the Lord our God.
They will collapse and fall;
but we shall rise and stand upright.
Give victory to the king, O Lord;
answer us when we call.
Amazing!
